Dale Reeder currently leads Business Development and Sales for National Service Alliance, a leading provider of service and repair solutions covering a variety of industries and channels. He is a 37- year veteran of the service industry, covering the Home Appliances and Plumbing industries, as well as the Car Wash Equipment and Services business. He has served in Senior Executive roles in both public and private companies including Maytag/Whirlpool Corporations, Sears Home Services and Rinnai Corporation and has also served as a Board director for a leading parts distributor. From his early roots in manufacturing and human resources,Dale's unique career path has provided him with the opportunity to see the service industry through multiple lenses including Manufacturing, Retail, Independent Service Provider and Third Party perspectives. Dale is known as a service industry innovator and thought leader, building and leading high performance teams and aligning people, processes and technology to deliver outstanding customer experiences and operating results. At Maytag, he led the creation of the nation's largest independent appliance service company delivering more than 2.3 million repairs annually. While at Rinnai his team developed and delivered a training strategy that educated 250 thousand plumbers in tankless water heating technology. Dale and his wife Stephanie live in Senoia, GA where they actively serve the community as volunteers and where Dale has served the past 5 years as an elected City Council member.
